Two ways to pay for AI.
Prepaid usage. Buy usage credits in dollars; they renew each billing period. Every run carries a budget before it starts and a cost after it ends, charged to the user, the App and the cost center. Batch mode runs eligible Prompt Apps at roughly half the cost.
Bring your own key. Connect your own Anthropic key. You pay your AI provider directly and Netridium charges only the platform fee and seats. Your usage, limits and budgets still apply inside the portal.
Either way, there is no "no limit": every run has a ceiling on cost, duration and number of updates, and a monthly budget can cap the workspace or a cost center.

What counts as a runner?
Anyone who can run an App but not build one. Admins who manage users without building don't need a builder seat.
What if we exceed our included AI usage?
Runs pause when the prepaid balance or a budget is reached; nothing runs over the limit. Add credits or raise the budget to continue.
Do unused credits roll over?
No, they renew each billing period.
Can we start with BYOK and switch later?
Yes, per workspace, from Settings → Billing.
